Privacy & cookie policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how Beauty Expressed In Colours ("we", "us") handles the personal information you choose to share through this website. We keep data collection to a minimum: the only information we gather is what you send through our contact form.
Who we are
Beauty Expressed In Colours, Malta — a home studio operating by appointment. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, email info@larabellavella.com. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect, and why
When you submit the contact form we receive the details you enter — your name, email address, the subject and your message. We use these solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.
Lawful basis
We process this information on the basis of your consent, given when you send us a message, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
How your message reaches us
Our contact form is delivered by a third-party form service (Web3Forms), which passes your submission to our email inbox. Your message therefore passes through that provider and our email host purely so it can be delivered to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails in our email archive and do not routinely delete them, so they may be retained indefinitely as part of our business records. You can ask us to erase your data at any time — see Your rights below.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site. This sets analytics cookies in your browser.
Analytics is not loaded until you choose "Accept" on the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set; the only thing stored in that case is a small essential cookie remembering your choice. You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Malta's Data Protection Act, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised date.
